Setting up an apprenticeship scheme gives your staff the best of both worlds - the benefit of your experience and skills, and a chance to gain a recognised qualification.
The training is free*, and there are two levels of apprenticeship available. Apprentices can study to NVQ Level 2 over one to two years, the equivalent of studying for GCSEs, GNVQ intermediate or BTEC First qualification and provides Key Skills training and where relevant technical certificates.
