Staying safe
We maintain high standards of health and safety for students, staff and visitors to the College including regular training and equipment checks. All students are asked to carry an ID card on College premises and a team of security staff is available on site. Child Protection policies are in place to ensure that young people are safeguarded from harm.
The College works in partnership with the Police to create a safe and crime free environment to work and study in.
All the schools in the Bromley borough have a dedicated Police officer to liaise with. Since September 2009 a Safer College’s Police Officer was appointed to our College, who is committed to working with us on a permanent basis.
We will periodically be conducting a series of security checks and searches on persons who use the College and its facilities, this will enable the students, staff and Police to engage on different levels, plus it is a great way to ensure secure surroundings and a happy atmosphere within the College.
